With both Birches Green Schools becoming academies in the Robin Hood Multi-Academy Trust this year, working relationships and joined up thinking are a focus for school leaders.

It is hoped that when the consultation to amalgamate (make the two schools into one 'all-through' primary school) takes place, our Birches Green community support the merger.

Until then, both schools are independent of each other, but to support learners and their families, we are working as one to support transition, to reduce duplication and to improve standards.
